Post-Sarrainodu, director Boyapati Srinu has changed his course slightly and coming up with a tale of romance, Jaya Janaki Nayaka stars Rakul Preet and Bellamkonda Sreeniwas by blending up his trade mark of action. Let us see, “How Boyapati’s first action packed tale of romance, Jaya Janaki Nayaka will perform at the box office?”

Story : Gagan(Bellamkonda Sreeniwas) is the younger son of Chakravarthy Group of Companies MD, Chakravarthy(Sarath Kumar), whose world is his father and brother(Nandu).  With sweety(Rakul Preet)’s entry, his world becomes even more beautiful and colorful.  And she forms a bond with his family which is inseparable.  It is quite common that both the lead pair has to fall in love and it is apparent, a problem to strike. Here, Sweety’s father became the wall in between her and Gagan. Contrast to this, there is a battle is going between Ashwath Narayana Varma(Jagapathi Babu), who can do anything for pride, even he doesn’t hesitate to kill his own daughter and Arun Pawar(Tarun Arora), Liquor King for the diamond highway project.

Unfortunately, Sweety became Pawn in their world. How Gagan rescues Sweety from them and gets married? To know, you’ve to watch Boyapati action packed love story on the big screen.

Analysis : In Tollywood, there are some directors which created their trademark in filming and executing emotions. Among them, director Boyapati Sreenu is one. He is the specialist in filming high octane and intense action episodes. With Sarrainodu, the director who proved that no one can match him in elevating heroism and filming action episodes has come up with an action packed love story, Jaya Janaki Nayaka. The director is successful in  the  Bellamkonda Sreeniwas to the next level with his sheer mass touch. With emotional scenes and his trademark action episodes, he has given a delightful treat to the mass audience and the families.

All the fights of Ram-Laxman are goose bumps especially Hamsaladeevi action episode. Each and every action episode, interval, and climax besides Hamsaladeevi are intense and powerful.  The music director, Devi Sri Prasad’s background score amplifies the intensity in Boyapati’s taking and Ram-Laxman stunt choreography. His songs also pretty good. All these songs, action and every single frame in the film made lavish and beautiful by Rishi Punjab’s cinematography. He has done the incredible job and repeated the magic of Sarrainodu.

Besides action and emotion, the director Boyapati is known for roping in some amazing star cast. In Jaya Janaki Nayaka also, there are a lot of big names like Jagapathi Babu, Sarath Kumar, Tarun Arora, Sithara and Suman in important roles and everyone has done justice to their respective roles. As pride maniac, Jagapathi also did pretty good job and it is not powerful like in the film Legend. After a long time, Yesteryear glamour doll, Vani Viswanath dazzled in the film and her role neither elevated nor justified. It seems the director has roped in only to create some curiosity. Kollywood Veteran Star, Sarath Kumar has done the decent job as the lovable father. Coming to lead actors, Bellamkonda Sreeniwas has improved a lot in fights and dances.

Especially his confident body language in Boya’s action episodes are amazing, in some action, he reminds Allu Arjun attitude in Sarrainodu. He needs to improve in performance as well as in dialogue delivery. His dialogue dictation fails to match the high octane action of Boyapati Sreenu. Particularly, in warning the baddies. His voice has no force. The gorgeous beauty, Rakul Preet has got another beautiful role after Ra Randoi Veduka Chuddam. She has done brilliant job mainly in emotional scenes. Besides Rakul’s performance, Pragya Jaiswal glamour is a treat to mass and youth. The latest happening beauty, Catherine’s special song is a bonus for the mass in JJN.

The director Boyapati who is the specialist in captivating audience with emotional and high octane content seems doesn’t give much priority to logic. His past few blockbusters proved it. The plus thing of Boyapati is trying to tell good things about the importance of women in the life through dialogues in most of his films. Despite the story is regular, he wraps up with the things high-octane action, powerful dialogues, and emotional scenes. He gives priority in carrying the single emotion throughout the film and he successfully captivated the audience. If the emotion is strong,  even there is no scope of thinking about the comedy.

In Boyapati’s films, the emotional action is the key element of entertainment rather than the comedy. All of his films follow the same pattern and Jaya Janaki Nayaka also not an exception.

Jaya Janaki Nayaka is Boyapati trade mark action family entertainer.

Positive Points:
Boyapati Sreenu direction,
Stunt choreography of Ram-Laxman, DSP background score, and songs
Rishi Punjab cinematography
Rakul Preet, Sarath Kumar, Jagapathi Babu, Tarun Arora
Bellamkonda Sai Sreeniwas dances and fights
Negative Points:
Sai Sreeniwas need to improve in dialogue delivery and performance
Regular story
Despite the lack of logic and comedy, the director Boyapati is nicely blended with high-octane action, emotional scenes and powerful dialogues. Mainly, he carries the intense emotion throughout the film which not only giving the immense kick to the audience but also made to forget about logic.
Conclusion:
Jaya Janaki Nayaka is Boyapati trademark youthful family mass action entertainer. It got all the basic stuff of powerful dialogues, high octane action episodes, lovable music and pretty good emotional performances of the lead actors.
