With Vegetarian foods, the cholesterol level in the body under control, which apparently reduces the risks of heart diseases. It has been proved in a recent study. 

Based on the studies of Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine in America, the Plant based foods results in diminishing the weight and hypertension. The fat deposits in the body decrease and the Cardiovascular system works properly.

They also suggested taking fruits, vegetables and the whole grains for the good health. Besides these, consume more water as per the seasons and go for a minimum half an hour walk to live healthily and happily.
