With Gautamiputra Satakarni releasing today, all the focus from Khaidi no 150 has shifted to this epic movie. Let’s see how it is.

Story:

The story of the film revolves around Gautamiputra Satakarni (Balaya) the powerful king who belonged to the Satavahana dynasty. Although there are many stories of the king, Krish showed us how the king defeated the two kingdoms and also the Greek who have invaded India during those times.

Performances:

Undoubtedly there is no one other than Balakrishna who could have done justice to the role. Right from his screen presence to his roaring acting everything is excellent. He looks like a king and has done justice for the role immensely. His dialogue delivery is good and is a treat for his fans. Shriya has given one of her best acting performances for the role of Vasistha Devi. Hema Malini plays a supporting role and is an added advantage for the Telugu audience.

Credits to Krish for bringing such a wonderful film to the audience. Production takes the top notch.

Technincal Team:

Gautamiputra Satakarni has good technical values and good visuals, production team have done their best job. Sai Madhav burra dialogues are good and will be remembered and will be applauded. Music by Chittaranjan Bhatt is average where as the background score is impressive. Costumes looked realistic and shows the efforts put in. War scene s cold be edited a bit, screenplay is neat. Krish has done a spectacular job; with Kanche he has created a path for his creative work. He has once again proved himself and we hope to see more of his films.

Analysis:

Krish and Balakrishna should be complimented for coming out with such film in the age of commercial pot boilers. Krish worked on the project with utmost sincerity and dedication and Balakrishna supported him and powered the film to new level with his powerful performance. Krish attracted with his story, screenplay and direction and Sai Madhav Burra supported him with powerful dialogues.

Film is loaded with intense action and emotions and Krish embedded them all with good sentiments. Krish emerged successful in showing the power of Telugu King Satakarni unknown and lost in the annuls of the history. However movie lovers get disconnected as most of the actors are from other language.

Final verdict:

Gautamiputra Satakarni thrills with grandness.
