Yes, the above statement is made by Kapu Reservations Leader, Mudragada Padmanabham in his letter to Janasena Chief, Pawan Kalyan.

In his letter, Mudragada mentioned about G.O. 30 under the reign of then Chief Minister, Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy on 25th August 1984. He said whatever the writings in AP CM, Chandrababu Naidu’s pet Newspaper about the cancellation of G.O. 30 by High Court and forcing AP CM to pass the G.O. immediately are untrue.

The High court has given judgment that G.O. 30 was done properly. Pertaining this, an article is printed on Popular Newspaper, Eenadu on 7th April 1995. Meanwhile, he also mentioned about the TDP comments of his protest on Kapu Reservations was with the support of YS Jagan, PM Modi, and Narendra Modi is really inhuman.

The AP government has completed three years of governance and the Manjunath Commission also completed 18 months. Till no ray of hope, except making various statements on Kapu Reservations. He wanted Pawan Kalyan not believe in AP CM and don’t lose his honor in Telugu diaspora across the globe. Yet there were many promises that TDP government has to fulfill, which mentioned in the past elections.
