Legendary Bollywood Actor, Vinod Khanna passed away

Vinod Khanna who was admitted to Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital due to advanced bladder carcinoma has left his last breath at 11:20 AM, Today. He is passed away at the age of 70.

He was one of the most successful stars of the late 1970s and early 1980s. He carried a tremendous aura and style. He starred in the films Amar Akbar Antony, Qurbani, Dayavan etc. He was last seen in Superstar, Shahrukh Khan’ Dilwale.

Vinod Khanna was the most successful politician too. He was elected as MP for three times from Gurdaspur.He was born on 6th October 1946 in Peshawar, Pakistan. Vinod Khanna who entered into Cinema with Mann ka Meet in 1968 has worked in 141 films. The actor who started his career as an antagonist was ended up as a Hero. He turned most successful brand ambassador for Cinthol Soap at that times only.

Vinod Khanna joined BJP in 1997 and elected as MP from Gurdaspur in the years 1999, 2004 and 2014 respectively. He served as Central Minister for Culture and Tourism Department in 2002.  He has two sons, Rahul Khanna and Akshay Khanna.The whole film and political fraternities shocked over the death news of the Legendary actor and offered condolences to his family.
