Tips to beat the heat and stay healthy in this torrid summer

The temperatures have been rising high and it’s prime duty of everyone to stay safe and healthy in this torrid summer season from dehydration, infections and Sun Strokes.

Here are the most important tips to follow:

Need to drink more water and avoid soft drinks or caffeinated drinks.

Prefer only pot water and don’t drink refrigerator water which raises the temperature of the body and harms a lot.

Eat rich water content fruits and vegetables like Watermelons, Cucumbers, Musk Melons etc.

Eat light food and avoid spicy.

Prefer milk products like curd, buttermilk, and Lassi during the summer which immediately balances the heat and gives energy.

Apply SPF(Sun Protection Factor) moisturizing creams while going outside to the whole body including face.

Cover your heads with hats and umbrellas from the dangerous UV rays which emitted highly from the sun.

Wear Sunglasses.

Wear Cotton clothes which are convenient and free.

Avoid dark coloured clothes.

Avoid heavy exercises and prefer only walking and jogging in early mornings and evenings.

Prefer swimming and other water exercises like Water Yoga, Aerobics etc.

Must prefer to take C-Vitamin in any form either in food or water.

Cover your faces and noses with clothes or handkerchiefs.
